毕业论文(设计) 对辊干式麦芽粉碎机设计        姓 名         学 号         年 级         专 业         系 (院)        指导教师   2014年3月30日 摘 要 目前国内的啤酒厂麦芽和大米的粉碎方法有干法、湿法等,都是为了增加原料的表面积,提高热处理的效果;增加物料流的动性,提高生产的自动化程度。干法粉碎:设备投资少,占地面积少。生产操作简单灵活,粉碎程度易于控制,便于设备维修。且多采用粗碎和细碎两级粉碎工艺,是麦芽及大米粉碎的理想选择。针对目前麦芽干式对辊粉碎机的设计多根据经验进行,而且缺乏对具体设计过程做出公开的状况,通过研究多种对辊干式麦芽碎机的设计过程,和对其动力传递的规律和磨辊等主要零件的受力情况的分析,本文提出一种用于麦芽干式对辊粉碎机设计的可行方案。 对辊干式麦芽粉碎机,从上到下由四部分组成,分别为进料装置、粉碎装置、出料装置、支撑装置。其中粉碎装置包括设有两粉碎辊,还设有两辊间距调节装置,通过调节间距来控制麦芽的粉碎效果。整个粉碎机的动力传递是由装在左侧下部的电机通过带轮的传动,把动力传给第一根辊子,再由装在右侧两辊子末端的两相同齿轮,把运动传递给另一根辊子,从而完成整个动力的传递。结果表明,采用本方案所设计的麦芽粉碎机,能完成麦芽粉碎功能,粉碎效果良好。 关键词:对辊干式麦芽粉碎机;干法粉碎;动力传递 ABSTRACT At present?domestic?crushing?method?brewery?malt and rice?with?dry,?wet,?is to increase?the?surface area of?the raw material,?improve?the effect of heat treatment;?increase the material fluidity,?improve production automation. Dry crushing:?less investment,?small occupation area.?Operation?is simple and flexible,?crushing degree?is easy to control,?convenient equipment?repair.?And the use?of coarse?and fine crushing?two stage grinding?process,?is the ideal choice for?malt?and?rice grinding. For the situation of most of dry-roll crusher design are based on experience and the lack of specific design process to make a public. By studying a variety of malt dry-type roller crusher design process, and analysis of the law of its power transmission and the force of grinding rollers and other major parts, this paper presents a feasible solution of malt dry-type roller grinder. The malt dry-type roller mill, from top to bottom consists of four parts, they are feeding equipment, crushing equipment, the feeding device, supporting device. Crushing equipment has a two smash roll, also has roller spacing adjustment device, to control the crushing effect of malt by adjusting the spacing.
