【摘要】目的：探讨哌拉西林钠他哩巴坦钠联合糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗炎的效果。方法：从2020年1月-2023

年12月选择50例炎患者进行研究，分组时参照随机数字表法，每组25例。两组均使用哌拉西林钠他哩巴坦钠治疗，

研究组增加糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗，然后对比两组临床症状消失时间、住院时间以及治疗总有效率。结果：与对照组

相比，研究组临床症状(发热、部啰音、咳嗽及部阴影)消失时间和住院时间均更短，而治疗总有效率更高，Pv0.05,

有显著统计学差异。结论：哌拉西林钠他哩巴坦钠联合糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗炎的效果理想，可以加快患者症状缓

解速度，缩短患者住院时间，提升治疗效果。

[Abstract]Objective:Toexplorethetherapeuticeffectofpiperacillinsodiumandtazobactamsodiumcombined

withlucocorticoidnebulizationinhalationonpneumonia.Methods：FromJanuary2020toDecember2023,50

pneumoniapatientswereselectedforthestudy,andtheroupinwasbasedontherandomnumbertablemethod,

with25patientsineachroup.Bothroupsweretreatedwithpiperacillinsodiumandtazobactamsodium,whilethe

studyroupincreasedlucocorticoidnebulizedinhalationtherapy.Theclinicalsymptomdisappearancetime,hospital

stayandtotaleffectiverateoftreatmentwerecomparedbetweenthetworoups.Results：Comparedwiththecontrol

roup,thedisappearancetimeofclinicalsymptoms(fever,lunrales,couhandlunshadows)andhospitalstay

inthestudyroupwereshorter,whilethetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentwashiher,P0.05,withsinificantstatistical

differences.Conclusion：Thecombinationofpiperacillinsodiumandtazobactamsodiumandlucocorticoidsnebulized

inhalationhasanidealtherapeuticeffectonpneumonia,whichcanacceleratethespeedofsymptomrelief,shorten

thehospitalstay,andimprovethetreatmenteffect.
