风电产业的飞速发展促成了风电装备制造业的繁荣,传动系统是风电机组的核心系统,而齿轮箱又为双馈式风电机组传动系统的核心部件,备受国内外风电行业和研究机构的关注。但由于国内齿轮箱的研究起步晚,技术薄弱,尤其在目前兆瓦级风力发电机中,其属于易过载和过早损坏率较高的部件,且易出故障。与之相对应的,直驱式风力发电机具备低风速时高效率、低噪音等优点,但直驱式发电机组在风力发电越来越大型化发展的今天,其过于庞大的低速发电机运输、吊装困难,制造成本较高。二者相比较,考虑到结构、经济问题,我们就不得不重新思考如何提高齿轮箱的传动效率,从而提高传动系统的传动效率。
本文在对风力发电机的结构、原理深入了解、研究的基础上,对其传动系统的齿轮增速系统进行自主设计。
先确定齿轮箱的传动型式,选取一级行星和两级平行定轴传动方案,再分配传动比,通过计算,确定各齿轮齿数,并对其进行接触强度校核,结果符合安全要求。

ABSTRACT
The fast development of wind power industry helps to bring about booming of wind power equipment manufacturing business. Transmission system is the core of the wind turbine system and gear box, concerned by the wind power industry and research institutions at home and abroad, is the core component of doubly-fed wind turbine transmission system. But as a result of the research of domestic gear box started late and technology is weak, especially in the megawatt wind turbine, it belongs to easy to overload and high rates of premature failure parts and is easy to out of order. And at the same time, direct drive wind turbines is with the advantages of high efficiency and low noise when low wind speed, but direct drive wind power generator in more and more large-scale development today, low-speed generator is too large to transport and hoist and the manuf
