外教合同修改意见 2015外教合同 DD Dragon School Cangnan Branch EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT FOR FOREIGN TEACHERS 外教劳动合同 1. AGREEMENT PARTIES: a. Dragon English School (hereafter referred to as “The School”)， and the teacher， ______________________ (hereafter referred to as “The Teacher”)。 此协议由苍南县迪迪龙培训学校教学点，由经营代表人倪建辉（以下简称“学 校”），及外教姓名：＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿，以下简称“该外教”。 c.The period of employment is from _____________ 2016 to ______________ 2017 该协议之期间为公元＿＿＿＿年＿＿＿月＿＿＿日至公元＿＿＿＿年＿＿＿月＿＿＿日。 2.AGREEMENT PERIOD 1. Conditions of Employment 1.1Salary 1.1. 1 The Teacher will perform up to 24 teaching hours per week, for which The School will pay The Teacher a set monthly salary of RMB9,000 per month, RMB600 of which is a perfect attendance bonus. The Teacher will perform up to 27 teaching hours per week, for which The School will pay The Teacher a set monthly salary of RMB10， 000 per month, RMB1000 of which is a perfect attendance bonus, If the teacher teaches more than 30 hours a week, the teacher will be paid 100 RMB per hour. Within a two week span, if the school, moves classes from one week to another resulting in overtime during one of those weeks, then it doesn’t count towards overtime.
