水泥稳定碎石基层振动成型施工工艺探讨
内容提要:半刚性水泥稳定碎石基层在公路路面工程中已广泛应用,但随着我国社会和经济的发展,车辆日益增多,特别是重型车辆和超载车辆的增多,导致半刚性基层沥青路面的早期破坏现象十分严重。这些问题的存在与当前半刚性基层材料设计方法和评定标准落后于目前技术发展水平息息相关,主要因素有:集料级配要求过宽;室内成型方式与现场碾压方式不匹配;质量控制指标单一;压实度标准偏低。在提高半刚性基层强度的同时减少裂缝,是水泥稳定碎石基层振动成型施工方法的特点,在近几年的施工实践中,经过科技人员攻关、不断总结和提高,形成的一套振动成型施工技术。

Abstract: the semi-rigid cement stabilized macadam in the highway pavement engineering has been widely applied, but with the development of society and economy, the vehicle is increasing, especially for heavy vehicles and overload vehicles increased, resulting in semi rigid base asphalt pavement early damage phenomenon is very serious. The existence of these problems and the semi rigid base course material design method and evaluating standard of behind the current level of technical development are closely related, are the main factors: aggregate gradation requirements too wide; indoor shaping methods and field rolling mode mismatch; quality control of single index; degree of compaction standard on the low side. On improving the semi rigid base course strength while reducing cracks, is the cement stabilized macadam base vibration molding construction method, construction in recent years practice, the scientific and technological personnel to tackle key problem, be summed up ceaselessly and rise, form a set of vibration molding construction technology. This article on the cement stabilized macadam base vibration molding construction method to carry on the discussion, show that the technology has advanced technology, able to adapt to the development of transportation demand, and has certain social, economic benefit.
