ANSYS 2011 中国用户大会优秀论文 一种新型的基于 SIW 的E 波段毫米波 VCO 的设计 [孟博] [电子科技大学电子工程学院 四川成都 610054] [ 摘 要 ] 毫米波振荡源是毫米波系统的核心,是雷达、通信、电子对抗等毫米波系统的关键部件之一。 基片集成波导技术是近几年提出的一种新型导波结构。本文设计了基于基片集成波导(SIW)的 E波段毫米波VCO。该VCO主要由Gunn二极管,变容管,SIW谐振器,耦合电路,Ka波段高耦 合度微带定向耦合电路,偏置电路以及波导到微带过渡组成。首先在介绍了基片集成波导(SIW) 的工作原理的基础上,利用仿真软件HFSS12仿真设计出了Ka波段的高 Q值SIWR谐振器,然 后通过对 SIW 谐振器和耿氏二极管的耦合进行合理的设计和调整,采用电流探针耦合输出的 方式把二次谐波能量耦合出来,完成了基于基片集成波导技术的E波段VCO的研制。仿真结果 表明:基波在36.5GHz处谐振较好,Q值较高;在ADS中仿真起振点也有较好的起振。 [ 关键词 ] 基片集成波导谐振器;E 波段; Gunn 二极管;定向耦合器 A Novel SIW-Based E-Band Millimeter-wave VCO [Meng Bo] [School of Electronic Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China Chengdu 610054] [Abstract] Millimeter-wave oscillators are hearts of millimeter-wave systems, and key components of millimeter-wave systems for radars, communications, electronic warfare and so on. Substrate integrated waveguide is a novel guided-wave structure developed in recent years. A SIW-Based E-Band Millimeter-wave VCO is designed in this paper. The VCO mainly includes Gunn diode, varactor, SIW resonator, coupling circuit, Ka-band high-coupling microstrip directional coupler circuit , bias circuit and the waveguide to microstrip. First, on the basis of the introduction of the working principle of the substrate integrated wave guide (SIW) technology, this thesis further simulates by HFSS11 and designs the Ka-Band, high Q SIWR. And than, though designing reasonably coupling between Gunn diode and SIWR and adopting current probe to couple energy, I manufacture the E-Band substrate integrated waveguide VCO. S
