论高层建筑给排水设计及施工要点
摘要随着我国建筑行业高速的发展,房屋结构和建筑的多样化层出不穷。而给排水系统作为建筑设备的重要组成部分,其系统设计是否合理,对今后用户装修、日常使用与维护将产生重要影响。因此,合理的给排水设计越显重要。
论文分别从生活给水、消防给水及排水系统对高层建筑给排水设计进行了探讨,详细地进行了高层建筑给水、消防和排水的分析与计算,分析了高层建筑给水为增压减压而采取的变频泵减压阀供水方式气压罐增压系统在消防给水系统中的具体应用各种通气立管在排水系统中的综合运用,解决了排水的负压抽升和管道阻塞难题;最后对在施工中应注意的施工要点进行总结,以期为工程技术人员提供一定的参考。

Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinas construction industry, diversification of housing structures and building endless. The system design is reasonable, The drainage system as an important part of construction equipment, it will have an important impact on the decoration, daily use and maintenance to the Future users. Therefore, a reasonable water supply and drainage design are important.The paper discussed separately from the living water, fire water supply and drainage system design of high-rise building water, analysis and calculate in particular water supply, analysis detailed supplying water mode of frequency conversion pump and water valve of high-buildings water supply in order to add or reduce water head; equal in order to solve water supply and hot adding press tank system are concretely water head is adopted in hot water system waters balance; all kinds of ventilating erection pipes are synthetically exerted in sewerage in order to solve minus water head rising and sewerage blocking, Finally, in the construction should be noted that summarize key points in order to provide certain engineering and technical personnel as a reference.
