中国海洋大学 研 究 生 培 养 方 案 （报表） 一级学科名称 水利工程 二级学科名称 水文学及水资源 二级学科代码 081505 培养方案负责人 李华军 联系电话 电子邮件 huajun@ouc.deu.cn 分管院长签字： 院（系）盖章 填表日期： 年 月 日 二级学科：_ 水文学及水资源Hydrology and Water Resources 代 码：__081501_________________ 一、学科简介 水文学及水资源学科主要研究地球上水的循环、分布和运动规律，以及水资源开发利用、水环境改善与保护、水利工程运行与管理以及水旱灾害防治的基本理论与技术方法。它既有基础科学的本质，又有应用科学的内涵，是水利学科的重要组成部分。在人类认识自然、适应自然和改造自然的实践中具有极其重要的作用。 本学科点2005年由国务院学位委员会正式批准建立，2006年开始招收硕士研究生。现有教师20人，其中教授4人，副教授8人，具有博士学位者16人。拥有河流工程实验室一个，占地2000平米的工程水动力实验室。目前正在主持与承担5项国家自然科学基金、2项863国家课题以及省市政府企业研究项目近20项，已发表论文60余篇，出版专著和教材4部，获部省级以上科技奖2项。水文学及水资源是我校培养高级水文学及水资源领域的高级人才的重要基地。 The subject of Hydrology and Water Resources concerns the circulation, distribution and movement laws of water, and basic theories, techniques and methods of development and utilization of water resources, hydraulic environment improvement and protection, hydraulic engineering operation and management and flood and drought disasters protection. It is a most important component of hydrology science with the content of both basic science and applied science. It plays an important role in the human practice of knowing nature, adapting to the nature and changing nature. This subject was established by approval of the academic degree Committee of State Council in 2005, and recruited master graduates in 2006. It posses twenty teachers which includes 4 professors, 8 associate professors and 16 of them have doctor degrees. There is one river engineering laboratory, one engineering hydrodynamic laboratory which occupies 2000m2 and Shandong Province Key Laboratory of Ocean Engineering. At the present five national natural science foundations of China, two 863 national projects, near twenty research projects of government and comprise are carrying out.
