五苓散加减治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察 【摘要】分析研究五苓散加减对慢性盆腔炎(中医辨证属寒瘀互阻型)的临床疗效。将80例慢性盆腔炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组患者给予五苓散加减治疗，对照组给予妇科千金片，每次6片，每3次，饭后温开水冲服，两组患者均于月经干净后开始服药，8周为一个疗程，经期停药，一个疗程后复查。观察治疗前后两组患者症状评分、局部症状评分及临床综合疗效。治疗组和对照组患者的症状评分、局部症状评分均有改善，但治疗组改善更明显，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 0．05)，治疗组痊愈率和总有效率均高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0．05)。五苓散加减治疗寒瘀互阻型慢性盆腔炎较抗生素联合抗宫炎片效果好。 Abstract Analysis Wulingsan addition and subtraction on the clinical efficacy of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (TCM is a cold stasis transimpedance type). 80 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease according to the random number table is divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated with Wulingsan Treating control group give Qianjinpian, each 6 three times, after a meal temperature boiled water, two groups of patients are clean after menstruation, medication, and eight weeks for a course of treatment, menstrual withdrawal, after a course review. Wulingsan Treating cold stasis transimpedance chronic pelvic inflammatory disease compared with antibiotics and anti cervicitis Tablets effect. 【关键词】慢性盆腔炎；五苓散； 中医药治疗 前言 慢性盆腔炎(Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease，CPID)是指女性内生殖器(包括子宫、输卵管、卵巢)及其周围的结缔组织和盆腔腹膜的炎症，即女性上生殖道及其周围组织炎症的总称。主要包括子宫内膜炎、输卵管炎、输卵管卵巢脓肿、盆腔腹膜炎。盆腔炎分为：(1)急性盆腔炎(acute pelyic inflammatory disease，APID)主要包括急性子宫内膜炎、急性输卵管炎、急性输卵管卵巢炎、急性盆腔腹膜炎、急性盆腔结缔组织炎等组成的女性上生殖道炎症组成疾病的总称。(2)慢性盆腔炎(chronic pelvic inflammatory disease，CPID)，是由APID治疗不当而发展所致。慢性盆腔炎常为急性盆腔炎未能及时、彻底治疗，或患者体质较差病程迁延所致。慢性盆腔炎属祖国医学“妇人腹痛” “月经不调” “不孕症” “带下病”等范畴。具有病程长、治愈率低、复发率高等特点，为妇科常见病、多发病 。也是妇科的难题顽疾
