分 子 生 物 姓名：梁镔 所在年级：临床医学院学位班 学号：092 四川大学 2013年6月 基因治疗与健康及其安全性探讨 Gene Therapy and Health and safe 摘要?? 随着分子生物学及基因工程技术的迅猛发展, 基因治疗已经成为治疗人类疾病的重要方 法之一, 同时也是维护人类健康最有发展前景的手段之一。诸如遗传病、肿瘤、和传染病与心血管病的基因治疗。遗传免疫方面, 病毒性疾病和肿瘤的基因治疗, 如将病毒抗原基因(HBsAg) 及一些肿瘤抗原基因( CEA) 直接注入人体内而产生抗体; 人类亚健康状态, 如肥胖、秃顶、疲劳、衰老等的基因治疗。然而基因治疗目前仍面临着许多困扰, 如基因治疗的有效性、安全性、及社会伦理等诸多问题, 因此在临床实际应用中要慎之又慎。只有对基因治疗合理规范和正确引导并遵循伦理原则, 才能最终推动现代医学的发展。 关键词?? 基因治疗?? 人类疾病?? 维护健康?? 安全性?? 伦理道德 Abstract ?? Gene therapy have been becoming one of the most important method to cure human disease with the development of molecular biology and gene engineering technology, and also one of most prospective method to maintain health of human being. It could be used in many areas, Such as heredity disease, cancer and infectious and cardiovascular diease; It could be used to prevent viruses and cancer; for example, the ant igen genes of virus( HBsAg) and the antigen genes of tumor( CEA) are injected into the body of human being directly for producition of antibody; It could also be used in the area of human sub??health, such as obesity, baldness, fatigue, caducity etc. However, many problems face gene therapy. Such as it?? s efficency, security and social ethics, so we must be careful to use it in clinical applications. Gene therapy will advance the development of modern medical science, so long as there are reasonable standards, proper guide and ethical principles. Key words ?? Gene therapy ?? Human disease ?? Ethics 基因治疗是指将人的正常基因或有治疗作用的基因通过一定方式导入人体靶细胞( 需修复或治疗的细胞) , 以纠正基因的缺陷或者发挥治疗作用,从而达到治疗疾病目的的生物医学新技术。基因治疗的研究对象也已由原来的遗传病扩展到肿瘤[ 1] 、传染病和心血管[ 2] 等疾病, 而且研究的重点已转移到肿瘤基因治疗方面[ 3] , 另外基因治疗方法还可以用于遗传免疫方面[ 4] , 预防病毒性疾病和肿瘤, 如将病毒抗原基因(HbsAg) 及一些肿瘤抗原基因( CEA) 直接注射到人体内; 基因治疗不仅可以用于儿童、成人的疾病治疗, 还可以用于孕妇 腹中患病的胎儿, 让疾病消失在胎儿出生之前。基因治疗还可用于人类亚健康状态的治疗, 如肥胖、秃顶、疲劳、衰老等: 但基因治疗不仅存在有待解决的关键技术问题, 如高效的、靶向性基因导入系统的筛选, 外源基因表达的可控性, 治疗基因过少等问题[ 5, 6] , 同时在临床实际应用中首先要考虑基因 治疗的有效性、安全性、及社会伦理等诸多问题[ 7] 。 1 ?? 基因
