毕业设计(论文) 题目: 自动电梯的控制系统设计 姓 名: 专 业: 学 院: 学习形式: 助学单位: 指导教师: 2011年 8 月 自动电梯的控制系统设计 摘 要 电梯已经成为了高层建筑不可缺少的运输工具,它用于运送乘客和货物,传统的电梯控制系统主要采用继电器--接触器进行控制,由于其触点多、可靠性差、故障率高、维修工作量大等缺点,为生产、生活带来了极大的不便。而PLC作为一种工业控制微型计算机,它以其编程方便、操作简单尤其是它的高可控性的优点不仅在工业生产过程中得到了广泛的应用,其组成的控制系统可以很好地解决上述这些问题。 本论文通过论述电梯控制系统的组成,阐述PLC在电梯控制中的应用,采用松下PLC编程的程序控制方式,提出了五层电梯PLC控制系统的总体设计方案、设计过程和组成,并列出了主要硬件电路、电梯的控制梯形图以及指令表。同时给出了系统组成框图和程序流程图,在分析、处理随机信号的逻辑关系的基础上,提出了具体的PLC编程方法,设计了一套完善的方案关于电梯控制系统。采用此案实现电梯的控制,可以解决传统电梯控制系统的缺点,因而使运行更加安全、方便、舒适。 关键词:电梯;PLC;梯形图;电梯控制 Automatic Elevator Control System Design Abstract Elevator the necessary transportation tool for tall buildings these days, isused for transferring passengers and commodities . However,most of the traditional elevator control system adopts relay--- contactingmachine as its central director. But this system with so many disadvantages such as too many contacting points, high fault rate,heavy repairing work is not as convenient as we want. however PLC (programmable controller) takes one industrial control microcomputer, it is convenient by its programming So if it is replaced by thecontrol system which equipped with PLC, the problems will be solved easily. This essay explains the application of PLC on elevator,by discussing the construction of elevator system.It also illustrates the general design project, the design processand construction of the PLC control system for three-storybuildings, listing the main circuit, trapezia controlchart of elevator and repertoires. It also shows the construction of frame chart and process flow chart. Thus the method of PLC programming is on the basis of analyzing and dealing with the logic relationship of random signs.It also create a complicated elevator control s
