和混合磷酸盐对石英玻璃侵蚀后表面状态和形貌。玻璃表面的侵蚀主要是OH - 和PO 3 - 对玻璃

网络的侵蚀而产生,特别是熔融磷酸盐水解后形成的 - 。混合磷酸盐在温度 下侵蚀 ,
OH 140 C 5h
可以呈现蒙砂玻璃表面。

Abstract The surface state and morphoiogy of siiica giass attacked by meited sodium orthophosphate and
mixed phosphate are studied by XPS, ,
SEM - EDX atomic force microscope . The corrosion of giass surface
is caused by degradation of giass network mainiy attacked by OH - and PO 3 - especiaiiy by OH - which are

hydroiysis of meited phosphate . A frosted giass surface can be occurred after corrosion by mixed phosphate
at 140 C for 5h
