西北农林科技大学1986―2006年研究生生源情况分析和思考   摘 要:从生源的总量、性别构成、年龄、毕业学校、推免生录取等方面分析了西北农林科技大学1986-2006年硕、博士研究生生源情况。结果表明,20年来生源稳定增长;硕士生中女性生源增长较快,生源逐渐年轻化,应届生生源增幅较大,本校生源仍占很大比例;博士生中女性生源亦有大幅度增长,生源年龄有所增高,考生来源仍以本校为主;推免生录取人数逐年增加,所占录取总人数的比例仍然偏低,特别是外校推免生生源严重匮乏。根据研究结果,提出科学规划发展规模和速度,确保研究生教育规模与培养质量的和谐发展;改革研究生入学考试制度,加大复试权重,注重对具有创新精神和实践能力的生源的选拔,提高生源质量;加大宣传力度,加强校际交流,多渠道吸收外校优秀生源,改善“近亲繁殖”现象。   关键词:西北农林科技大学;研究生生源; 招生工作   中图分类号:G643文献标识码:A 文章编号:1009-9107(2007)06-0190-05      The Analysis of the Source of Graduate Students From 1986 to 2006?? in Northwest AF University   ZHANG Jing,YANG Chun-lei,GUO Chang-rong,SHANG Zhao-kui??   (School of Graduate,Northwest AF University,YangLing,Shaanxi 712100,China)   Abstract:This article has analysed the student source of graduate students for master’s degree and doctoral degree from 1986 to 2006 in Northwest AF University in several fields,such as the total quantity,the sex constitution,the age,the graduation school,and so on.The result indicates that, for master’s degree for the students,the student source has grown stably in recent twenty years,the feminine source has grown quickly,the students have turned younger gradually,the source of graduates propagation has increased,and the students from the same school still account for a great proportion;while for the studeuts for doctoral degree,the feminine student source has increased greatly,the age of students has increased,the students mainly come from this school.At the same time,the recommended students excused from entrance examination has increased gradually,and this kind of students from other schools are lacking in recent years.Based on this situation,we propose that we should plan the development of scale and speed in order to make sure that the scale and the quality of graduate student education will develop unitedly.And we should strengthen graduate student’s innovation spirit and the practice ability,strengthen the employment education,strengthen the intercollegiate exchange,absorb the student s
