在工业的时代，新一代数字技术的广泛应用推动着各行各业数字化转型

不断深化，推行绿色低碳发展也是势在必行的。数字技术的发展推动着生产方式

革命性的变化，数据成为新的生产要素，数字技术为产业赋能，数字经济发展水

平很大程度也决定着一国的国际竞争力。然而在石油天然气行业，国有企业供应

链数字化转型也面临着不小的挑战，数字技术在供应链领域的应用还大有可为。

本文以企业为研究对象，针对企业实际情况及供应链数字化转型的相关

问题进行研究，通过一对一的访谈，结合行业内专家的意见，在现有的供应链管

理、数字化转型、企业架构等理论基础上构建以数智化为特征，以流程管理体系

为支撑，集工程、服务、采购于一体的数字供应链平台，实现智能采购电子化、

数字物流网络化、全景质控可视化、内外协同便捷化、运营决策智慧化等功能，

实现由资产数据化到数据资产化的变革，以提高工作效率，降低运行成本，降低

库存，实现企业高效运营。企业供应链数字化转型依据企业架构理论，建

议采用集成协调化策略、一体化策略、供应链流程规范化策略，做到采购环节数

字化、主数据标准化、仓储物流智能化，加强技术支持、组织变革、人力资源、

供应资源等多方面的保障措施，支撑供应链数字化转型和绿色发展。
