壳聚糖基复合材料的制备及其性能研究的中期报告 摘要: 本文介绍了壳聚糖基复合材料的制备方法及其性能研究的中期结果。首先对壳聚糖、纳米氧化钛和聚乙烯醇等材料进行了选取和预处理;然后采用溶液共混法制备了壳聚糖基复合材料,并通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和动态热力学分析等手段对其结构、形貌和热性能等进行了表征分析。研究结果表明,壳聚糖和纳米氧化钛之间具有良好的相容性,加入聚乙烯醇后复合材料的热稳定性和力学性能均有所提高,同时复合材料的结构也发生了变化,形成了新的化学键。 关键词:壳聚糖,纳米氧化钛,聚乙烯醇,复合材料,溶液共混法 Abstract: This paper introduces the preparation method of chitosan-based composite materials and the midterm results of their performance research. First, chitosan, nano-titanium oxide, and polyvinyl alcohol were selected and pretreated. Then, chitosan-based composite materials were prepared by solution blending method, and their structure, morphology, and thermal properties were characterized by X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, and dynamic thermal analysis. The results showed that chitosan and nano-titanium oxide had good compatibility, and the thermal stability and mechanical properties of the composite material were improved after adding polyvinyl alcohol. At the same time, the structure of the composite material also changed, forming new chemical bonds.
