Abstract:With 2, 42Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid as matrix materials, liquid paraffin as continuous
phase, Span280 as emulsifier, glutaradehyde as cr osslinking agent, the 2, 42D2gelatin2chitosan2
konjac glucomannan microspher es wer e Produced by an emulsion2crosslinking method, in the W/
O emulsion system. And sever al r eaction parameters were investigated in detail, including the r a2
tio gelatin, chitosan and konjac glucomannan, the dosage of glutaradehyde and Span280, the ratio
of oil to water, emulsifying time, curing time, the speed and the size as well as the appearance of
the micr ospheres, and the r ation between core and wall materials on the encapsulation efficiency.
The r esults show when the mass ratio of gelatin, chitosan, konjac glucomannan equals to 1B 1B
1, the dosage of glutaradehyde is 10 mL, the mass ratio oil to water is equal to 11 5 B 1, emula2
ting time is 30 min, microspheres formed with smooth surface, reasonable size and better disper2
