PAGE / NUMPAGES 西南财经大学 Southwestern University of Finance and Economics 2012届 本科毕业论文 论文题目:我国国有商业银行信贷业务流程浅析 ——以中国农业银行山西省长治市分行为例 学生姓名: *** 所在学院: 工商治理 专 业: 工商治理 学 号: ******** 指导教师: **** 成 绩: 2012年 5月 中文摘要 业务流程重组(BPR)理论最早由美国的迈克哈默博士提出,是指对现有流程和体系结构的变革,通过全然性和完全性的再考虑和再设计,以提高企业经济运行效率。本文以中国农业银行山西省长治市分行为例,通过对其信贷业务流程的分析,结合BPR相关理论基础,重新审视信贷业务的客户中心化原则,提出我国国有商业银行信贷业务流程优化的目标,即建立以客户为中心的运营模式,建成具有较强创新力和风险防范能力的真正具有竞争力的商业银行。在具体运作过程中,提出应按照不同风险级不的客户类不分不授权,由不同级不的风险经理或客户经理负责不同种类的客户,切实落实和完善客户经理制,始终坚持以“组织为流程服务”,而非“流程为组织服务”。最终实现信贷业务的高质高效审批治理。 [关键词]中国农业银行;国有商业银行;信贷业务流程;流程优化;客户中心化 Abstract Business Process Reengineering (BPR) theory was first proposed by Dr.Michael Hammer of the United States. It is the analysis and design of workflows and processes within an organization. BPR is basically the fundamental re-thinking and radical re-design, made to an organizations existing resources. It is more than just business improvising. This issue takes the Agricultural Bank of China Shanxi province Changzhi City Branch as an example, analyses its credit business process which based on the theory of BPR, re-thinks the principle of Customer--Center, and then puts forward the goal of credit business process optimization of Chinas state-owned commercial bank. How to establish a Customer--Center business model which has strong innovation and risk prevention capability is our first concern. As the specific operation aspect, we should earnestly implement and improve customer manager system. Risk manager or Customer manager of different risk levels should be responsible for different customers in order to achieve the management of credit business process with high quality and efficiency.
