摘 要:OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex)(MCM,Multi-Carrier Modulation)(FFT)()DVB()OFDM技术的发展过程、应用及其关键技术原理,接着提出了一个基于MATLAB的OFDM通信系统实现方案,最后利用MATLAB软件对OFDM传输性能进行仿真并与16QAM(正交振幅调制,一种传统的单载波调制方式)的性能进行了比较,仿真结果表明OFDM技术的抗多径干扰能较强。

Abstract:Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFDM) is a multi-carrier modulation technology.It’s principal thought is that transmitting data simultaneously over multiple equally spaced carrier frequencies and using Fast Fourier Transform processing for modulation and demodulation.The main advantages of OFDM versus other types of modulation are better use of the available bandwidth and better performance in multi-path environments,so it has been widely used in high-data-rate wireless communication systems,such as wireless local-area networks and digital video broadcasting and high distinction television.
This paper firstly introduces the development and applications and the theory of OFDM key technologies,then presents a implementation scheme of OFDM communication system based on MATLAB.Finally,I make use of MATLAB to simulate the transmission performance of OFDM.In order to compare OFDM to a traditional single carrier communication syetem,a Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (16QAM) simulation has also been performed,the result shows that OFDM has better performance in multi-path environments .
