摘要 在自动化生产领域中,工业机械手是近几十年发展起来的。工业机械手是从工业机器人中分支出来的其特点是可通过编程来完成各种预期的作业任务,在构造和性能上兼有人和机器各自的优点,尤其体现了人的智能和适应性。机械手作业具有准确性和各种环境中完成作业的能力是一种能自动化定位控制并可重新编程序以变动的多功能机器,它有多个自由度,可用来搬运物体以完成在各个不同环境中工作。

Abstract In the area of automating and producing realm ,the industrial machine hand has developed for decades. Industrial machine hand came out from the industrial robot, it could accomplish various of tasks by programme,that is its characteristics.It has both human and machine’s respective characteristics on the structure and the function, particularly embodied human’s intelligence and adaptability. The machine hand homework has accuracy and abulities to accomplish tasks in various of environment,it is a kind of multi-function machine that can automate to position of a control and can reprogram to achive various of changes .It has several degrees,and it can be used to transport object to accomplish works in different environment.
This paper selected works took the porterage machine hand of the car half stalk mold Duan production line as to design object and designed the total project of machine hand, the opponent arm and each part of fuselage carried on a design and used a hydraulic urn to carry on arm to drive and used CAD software to draw the spare parts diagram of assembling the diagram and each part and finally carried on an in brief 3D model and imitate to the machine hand really at the same time.
