┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 装 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 订 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 线 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE 23 小微企业融资问题及其对策 【摘要】 小微 HYPERLINK /company/ 企业是我国国民 HYPERLINK /Economic/ 经济的重要组成部分,在经济社会 HYPERLINK /fazhan/ 发展中具有大企业无法替代的特殊的战略地位。小企业作为活跃市场的基本力量,容纳了社会上大多数的就业人员,在促进经济增长及解决就业和再就业过程中,发挥着重要作用。截止到2009年底，我国在册的小微企业已达1023万户。 近年来，中央政府与地方政府相继出台了众多扶持小微企业发展的政策,致使小微企业成为中国经济中越来越引人瞩目的力量。但目前全球经济危机对我国小微企业的生存和发展产生了很大的影响，不少小微企业因为缺乏资金，面临着即将倒闭的困境，而且从更长远的角度来看，融资难问题已经成为阻碍小微企业发展的主要原因。因此，我们有必要研究及分析其发展状况，并相对的制定出一定的应对措施。 关键词：小微企业，发展状况，对策 【Abstract】 Small micro enterprise is an important part of our national economy, in economic and social development have big enterprise irreplaceable special strategic position. The basic force for small business as an active market, contains most of the society employment, in promoting economic growth and solve the employment and reemployment process, plays an important role. By the end of 2009, Chinas registered small micro enterprise has reached 10.23 million units. In recent years, the central government and local governments have issued many policy to support the development of small micro enterprises, the small micro enterprises as Chinas economy is more and more remarkable. But at present the global economic crisis to the survival and development of small micro enterprises in China had a great influence, a lot of small micro enterprise because of the lack of capital, is facing the plight of imminent collapse, but from a long-term perspective, the financing difficult problem has become the main reason for the development of small micro enterprise. Therefore, it is necessary to study and analyze its development condition, and relative work out some countermeasures. Keywords:Smallmicro enterprise ,Development,Countermeasure 一、引言 小微企业是当今中国经济增长的一支重要力量，全国95%以上的企业为小微企业，同时，它的发展对解决就业压力起着重要作用。然而，小企业融资难的问题长期难以解决，成为制约其发展的严重瓶颈。2007 年以来，受全球金融危机影响我国外需大幅下降， 原本处于边际利润上的小企业面临巨大生存考验。在外部因素不为我所控的情况下，如何扫除可控的内部障碍，寻找有效的支持因素成为目前小企业发展的第一要义。国务院高度关注小企业发展问题，尤其是小企业发展中的融资难问题。近年
