关于物业管理公司员工培训的研究.doc

摘 要 本文在介绍了物业管理的定义、行业发展现状的基础上，以在恒大成都金碧天下的实习见闻为例，对物业管理行业员工培训的重要性进行了分析。物业管理是房地产开发的售后环节，在这个环节中，物业管理人员则是开发商与业主之间的纽带，需要积极与各方面沟通协调，以完善房地产的各个服务环节并获取业主满意。物业管理是一份需要直接面对业主和合作伙伴的工作，应用到许多工作技能和沟通技巧，对每一个员工有更高层次的要求。人无完人，为使我们的工作进展得更加顺利、业主更加满意，有必要对员工进行各方面的培训，以达到过程与结果双满意的效果，因此，在实习过程中我更多地关注并详细了解了金碧物业公司对员工进行的培训教育工作，并通过这篇论文表达我的观点。 【关键词】 物业管理 工作技巧 员工培训 Abstract This article introduces the definition of real estate property management and analyze the importance of team member training based on the development of estate industry and my personal internship experience in Chengdu Everground Real Estate Splendor. The property management is the last service link in estate exploitation. In this link the team member in property management possess a crucial position for his job is to connect the communication between developer and customer, negotiate all the aspects actively and perfect the service chain to satisfy customers. The chain of property management needs extraordinary workers for the demanding job quality---smooth talking skills, variety working skills and face-to-face communication with customers. We need to offer the best service to our customers and go extreme to some point in order to make our work splendid. No employee is perfect we must need demanding and skillful training in all around for our workers for such an extremely important position.
