闹钟后盖的冲压模具设计
摘 要
本设计应用UG和AutoCAD软件对制件进行冲压模具设计,介绍了两套典型冲压模具设计的整个设计过程。
设计分为四部分,第一部分是对UG简单介绍,以了解UG在模具设计的重要作用和发展前景;第二部分对制件件进行了工艺分析和三维造型;在第三部分中,设计冲孔、落料连续和拉深翻边复合模,首先进行冲压件工艺分析,确定模具结构,然后进行工艺计算,接着主要对模具主要零件进行设计, 最后完成模具的总体结构;第四部分中,利用UG设计模具的三维结构,按照建立凸凹模,卸料板,凹模,凸模、压料板,凸模固定板,垫板和模架的顺序完成模具的三维实体,最后导出二维零件图和装配图。

Abstract
This design using UG and AutoCAD software stamping mould design of the product, introduced the two sets of typical stamping mould design throughout the design process .
Design is divided into four parts, the first part is a simple introduction of UG, in order to understand the UG in die design of the important role and development prospects; The second part of the product a process analysis and three-dimensional modelling; In the third part, design punching and blanking continuous and plowed pull composite modulus, first of all, while the stamping process analysis, confirmed the mould structure and process calculation, and then mainly to mold the major parts design, finally complete the general structure of the mould; The fourth part, using UG design of the mould three-dimensional structure, according to build die and punch, unloading board, concave die, the punch, pressure plate material, the punch fixed board, pad and a complete the die the order of the mode of the three-dimensional entity, finally export 2 d part drawing and assembly drawing
