理工大学毕业设计(论文)说明书 PAGE PAGE I 河南理工大学毕业设计(论文)说明书 摘 要 随着科学技术的不断发展，人们对生活的质量要求也是越来越高，为了让自己的生活过的轻松、舒适，人们对各种电器的选择也是很细心的。不但考虑价格而且考虑到功能。因为需求的多样化，所以经常要买多种电器，即占用了大量的空间看起来也不是很舒服。随之相继出现了许多多功能的电器，而壁挂式多用电磁炉就是其中的一种，它具有取暖，加热，洗浴三种不同的功能，这样不但大量节省了空间，而且又满足了多种需求，是一种很好的家庭电器。壁挂式多用电磁炉控制系统的设计首先针对自身的要求进行分析。再根据对现在广泛应用的控制系统的对照分析进行筛选，接着分别对PLC的硬件和软件进行设计。硬件设计主要考虑的是CPU 的选型和各种元器件的选择与设计，而在软件设计的时候主要任务I/O点数的确定与分配以及编写梯形图是使能够满足控制系统的要求。 关键词： PLC ；电磁炉；多功能 Abstract Along with science technical develop continuously, people are more and more high to the living quantity request, for letting own life over of relaxed, comfortable, people is also what carefully to the choice of every kind of electric appliances.Not only consider the price but also in consideration of function, because of demanding diversification, so usually buy various electric applianceses, then took up a flood of space look to also is not very comfortable.Appeared many multi-function electric applianceses one after another later on.But the wall hang type use electric stove more to is among them a kind of, it have to keep warm, heat, take a bath three kinds of different functions, like this and not only large quantity saved the space, and satisfied various needs again, is a kind of good family electric appliances.The electric stove that wall hang type use design more control the system to aim at the request proceeding analysis of the oneself first.Again according to check against the analysis proceeding sieving to the extensive and applied control in now system.Distinguish immediately after to design with the software to the PLC hardware.Hardware the design considers primarily of is a CPU to choose the type to order with I/ O the number really settle with assign.But the main mission is to can satisfy the request that control the system at the time of software designing.
