基于ISM的棚户区改造项目风险影响因素分析

摘要:为有效预防和控制棚户区改造项目实施过程中的风险,根据风险特征映射识别模型,对棚户区改造项目 风险影响因素进行分析,形成棚户区改造项目风险指标体系。建立棚户区改造项目风险因素3级多层递阶解释 结构模型,通过分析棚改项目风险因素间的关系结构和层级结构,得出结构模型图和解释结构模型图,找出影 响棚改项目的直接因素、间接因素和根本因素。实例表明,多层递阶ISM能有效地建立起棚改项目风险影响因 素结构,以直观地反映出各影响因素间的层次关系,操作简便,实际可行。 关键词:棚户区改造项目;ISM模型;风险因素;可达矩阵

Abstract:For the effective prevention and control of shanty towns transformation in the process of projeet risk,according to the risk feature map recognition model,the shanty towns transformation project risk factors were analyzed,forming shanty towns transformation projeet risk index system.Application of system engineering theory builds relation and layer
structures of shanty towns transformation projeet risk factors,Through the analysis of the relationship between canopy change project risk factors,it finishes the hierarchical structure,draws the structure model and interpretation structure mod— e1.The paper finds out the influence of canopy change project risk factors directly,indirectly factors and essential factors.
The result shows that,the hierarchical ISM effectively build canopy change project risk influence factor structure,
which directly reflect the influence factors of the hierarchy,which is easy operate and practical. Key words:renovation of shanty town;interpretative structural modeling;risk factor;reachable matrix
