本科生毕业设计 德邦物流仓储成本控制研究 Cost Control Of Debon logistics warehousing 所属院(部)： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 研究起止日期：二○ 年 月至二○ 年 月 二○ 年 月(居中) 【摘要】随着我国经济体制的不断改革，我国的物流企业迅速发展，新兴物流企业纷纷涌出，以至于物流企业之间的竞争日益激烈。外国物流企业纷纷涌入，我国的物流企业面临着越来越大的压力和挑战。加强物流企业成本控制，降低物流企业仓储成本，对全社会以及企业本身都有十分重要的现实意义和长远意义。本文依据所思所学，以德邦物流公司为例，从德邦物流公司的仓储成本控制现状出发，发现企业存在传统的成本核算方法不精确，仓储内部控制不健全，仓储成本管理未对整个完整的过程进行全面控制，激励制度不完善这四个主要问题，针对这四个问题可以从加强作业成本法的应用，完善企业仓储内部控制制度，建立成本管理系统加强全面控制，建立企业人员的激励制度这四个角度针对性的提出改进建议。 【关键词】德邦物流；仓储；成本控制 【Abstract】With the reform of the economic system, the rapid development of Chinas logistics business, logistics enterprises in emerging poured out, so that between the logistics enterprises increasingly competitive.
