Cost control is an extremely important position in the enterprises’ development strategies, in the production process of practice, enterprises’ cost-control concepts and methods have been made new break-though and development. Cost control is not limited to the productive cost control, but should be considered in the development strategies on various systems. Using the advanced cost-control theories, the enterprises can be prosperous, thus save the social resources truly. This article has analyzed the important role made by cost-control in the enterprises development strategies, contrasted several modern cost control methods, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of each method, finally proposed the main problem in our country’s cost control and proposed countermeasures to improve cost control status of modern enterprises in the present situation.
