摘要 本课题的任务为锅炉除垢搅拌釜设计涉及到筒体,换热元件,内构件,搅拌器,搅拌轴及其密封装置,传动装置等部分的选型和设计。基本工况为:搅拌釜内操作温度为85℃,操作压力为0.6MPa,物料为水和除垢剂,物料粘度为1200厘泊,有效容积为1.5m3,搅拌速度为85rpm,夹套内操作温度为90℃,物料为饱和水蒸汽。根据所给的工况,本人按要求设计了搅拌轴,圆筒,圆筒封头的直径、高度,选用了直叶桨式搅拌器,另外计算了搅拌功率和电动机功率,夹套筒体和封头的厚度,并且各个部分的强度,刚度,应力等方面的校核,全部满足要求。在设计中,设计者坚持的原则是:安全第一。本设备的基本结构为不锈钢容器外加碳钢夹套。在设计中,设计者除了考虑安全性问题外,还考虑到了容易制造,较长的使用寿命,较方便的维护方法,以致可能某种程度地偏离了经济性的原则,这是设计者选择的设计方向。 关键词:搅拌釜 直叶桨式搅拌器 圆筒 封头 夹套 Abstract What I should do for this task is that designing a mixing round kettle,coming down to choosing and designing a section of thick bamboocanister,the organ for exchanging heat,inner component,stirrer,mixing round axis and the airproof component . The basic framework of this equipment is stainless steel container and carbon steel nipping cover.The basic working condition is:in the mixing round kettle ,the operating temperature is 85,the operating pressure is 0.6 MPa ,the material is water and the chemical material for get rid of the dirty ,the viscidity degree of the material is 1200 cp,the effective volume is 1.5,the rate of mixing round is 85rpm.In the nipping cover ,the operating temperature is 90 ,the material is saturation vapor.According to the condition giving to me , I have designed the required stirring shaft, cylinder, cylinder head diameter, the height, the choice of the straight blade paddle stirrer, a stirring power and additional computing power of the motor, the thickness of the jacket and the cylinder head, and each part strength, stiffness, stress and other aspects of verification, meet all requirements.In the course of the designment ,the principle that I insisted on is that safety is the first. In the course of the designment ,I considered as the possibility of easy to manufacture,the long using life and the convenient maintenancing ways as safety,so as to departure the economy principle to the extent .however, this is the designing direction that I choosed.
