外资银进入对我国银行业的影响及对策分析.doc

PAGE 内容摘要 2006年12月11日，伴随着《中华人民共和国外资银行管理条例》的正式施行，我国结束了5年过渡期，全面履行加入世界贸易组织时对银行业开放的承诺。在这个背景下，越来越多的外资银行进入我国，跨国银行在我国的发展势头很快。外资银行的全面进入必将导致我国银行业市场格局、市场主体的行为模式发生深刻的变化。本文的写作目的是，在现代经济中，金融业的稳定对于整个国民经济的安全是一个重要的“稳定器”，特别是银行的稳定至关重要，银行稳定了，我国金融业就容易稳定，经济的发展也就有可能获得一个稳定的环境。因此，分析加入世界贸易组织后，外资银行进入给我国银行业带来的机遇与挑战，并据此提出有效的应对策略就是迫在眉睫的事情了。本文在内容上，首先分析了外资银行进入中国的动因，其次结合外资银行在我国发展的实际情况总结了外资银行进入我国以后产生的多方面影响，最后针对不利的影响而提出了相应的解决对策。 关键词：外资银行；中资银行；解决对策；良性竞争 Abstract December 11, 2006, with the Peoples Republic of China regulations on the administration of foreign capital bank in China of the formal after five years, the transition, fully fulfill their accession to the world trade organization commitment to banking openness. Thus, the analysis to join the world trade organization, the entry of foreign Banks in Chinas banking industry to the opportunity and challenge, and then put forward effective strategies to deal with what is imminent. In this paper, firstly analyzes the contents of foreign Banks in China, secondly combining foreign Banks motivations in our country the situation of development of foreign Banks in China summarized into various influence after, finally produced against adverse effects and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
