SMD系统钻杆阀设计计算
摘 要
为解决在深水海洋钻井过程中遇到的主要问题,地层压力和破裂压力曲线非常接近,很难保持井底压力在二者之间的问题,石油工业提出了海洋双梯度钻井技术。本文简单介绍了几种双梯度钻井技术系统及其基本工作原理。并且本文还介绍了海底泥浆举升钻井(SMD)技术及SMD系统工作原理、系统关键设备等。SMD技术是用于深水和超深水钻井的新技术,采用该技术需要设计研发新的钻井设备。鉴于此,本文着重介绍了SMD系统关键设备之一——钻杆阀(DSV),阐述了钻杆阀的工作原理,并给出制造加工的工程图,还对钻杆阀的结构进行了分析并建立了三维模型。本文还给出了钻杆阀的水力计算和强度计算公式,并且对钻杆阀的疲劳寿命进行了分析计算。钻杆阀的设计计算为钻杆阀的制造提供了理论基础。

Design and Calculation of Drills Stem Valve for SMD System
ABSTRACT
For the solution the subject matter which meets in the deep water offshore drilling process, the formation pressure and the bursting pressure curve is close very much, which is difficult to hold the bottom hole pressure between the formation pressure and the bursting pressure, the oil industry proposed the sea double gradient well drilling technology. This article introduced simply several kind of double gradient well drilling technology system and the key principle of work. And this article introduces the seabed mud lifting well drilling (SMD) technical and the SMD system principle of work, the system key equipment and so on. The SMD technology has be used to in the deep water and the ultra deep water well drilling new technology, which requires design、research and develop the new drilling equipment. In view of this, this article introduces emphatically one of SMD system key equipments—drills the stem valve (DSV), elaborates drills stem valves principle of work and gives engineering plat of the manufacture processing, but also to the drilled stem valves structure has carry on analyzed and established the three-dimensional model. This article gave the drilled stem valves water power computation and the strength calculation formula, and to drilled stem valves fatigue life to carry on the analysis computation. Drilled stem valves design calculation to drill stem valves manufacture to provide foundation.
