摘 要
社会的飞速发展使得工资管理成为企事业单位管理的重要组成部分,与人事管理、财务管理有着密切的联系。开发工资管理系统的目的就是为了帮助财务部门能更好地管理本单位的职工工资,提高工作效率,实现工资信息管理的规范化和自动化。教师管理是一种人事管理,是对教师及教师与其所从事的工作的关系的管理。为了更好地进行教师管理工作,借助计算机技术。该研究项目开发了一个教师管理信息系统,对教师的基本信息进行管理,同时掌握教师的授课信息,以减轻管理人员的工作负担。通过本管理系统,实现教师信息管理的电子化,真正为教师管理提供一个电子平台。Visual Basic 6.0编程语言,采用Access 2000作为数据库,实现了一般工资管理系统对职工工资信息的浏览、添加、删除、修改和查询功能。
