Method: We launched the QCC activity of the theme of shortening the time of sending patients to junction operation and investigated 76 cases of their sending times. We analyzed the reasons, drew up the corresponding countermeasure. Results: The mean time of sending patients to junction operation was decreased from 11.3 minutes to 7.2 minutes (P0.01). Conclusion: The application of QCC could reduce the time of sending patients to junction operation and effectively improve the work efficiency, patients satisfaction, and the nurses ability to discover and solve problems.
