攻读硕士学位期间的研究成果 PAGE 精品 洛阳市零售业发展的研究 摘 要 零售业是一国经济的重要组成部分，对生产和消费有着很强的导向作用。随着洛阳经济持续的发展和居民生活水平的不断提高，零售业保持了良好的发展势头，尤其是20世纪90年代以来超级市场、便利店、专业店等新兴零售业态犹如雨后春笋般出现在洛阳零售市场。我国加入WTO，洛阳零售业在有着新的发展机遇的同时，也面临着国外零售业巨头的猛烈冲击。由于零售业态作为新生事物，目前我国学术界对零售业及业态的研究刚刚开始。 本文通过研究洛阳零售业的发展历程，总结了零售业各个阶段的发展，并对其因素进行了分析，并对洛阳零售业及主要业态的发展趋势进行了研究。 本文共分为四个部分：第一部分，介绍了零售业的概况，并介绍了零售业、零售业态及其相关基本概念；第二部分，论述了洛阳零售业发展的历程；第三部分，通过对洛阳零售业现状进行分析，提出了洛阳零售业发展过程中存在的主要问题并提出相关对策；第四部分，在分析得出的结论基础上，并根据各业态的发展特点有针对性地分析了其发展趋势。 关键词：洛阳，零售业，发展趋势 Study on the development of retailing in Luoyang ABSTRACT Retail trade is an important part of the national economy, and have a strong guide to production and consumption. With the development continuing of economic and the standard of living to Luoyang, the retail trade has maintained a good trend of development, especially since the 1990, supermarkets, convenience stores, specialty and other new retail formats have sprung up as retail in Luoyang market. With Chinas accession to WTO, Luoyang retail has a new development opportunities, at the same time, also face the fierce impact of foreign retail giants. The retail format as a new phenomenon, the current academic research on the retail industry has just begun. This paper studies the development process of retail Luoyang, and summes up the development of retail stage at all stages and analysis the factors of that . Also it has been studied the development trends of format and major retail of Luoyang.
