摘要
二十世纪九十年代以来许多国际大型零售连锁企业相继进入中国拓展业务,在给中国本土零售业带来冲击的同时,也给我们树立了许多发展的样板。本文主要是对沃尔玛业态进行分析,并给中国零售业的发展提供一些借鉴。本文第一章介绍了沃尔玛概况。第二章是对沃尔玛的业态分析,主要是从沃尔玛的战术与战略对其进行分析。第三章沃尔玛的业务管理。第四章分析沃尔玛的优势,主要以漳州的沃尔玛为例进行分析。第五章对沃尔玛存在的问题,以漳州沃尔玛为例,提出解决方案。第六章是沃尔玛营销战略探析。第七章是应对沃尔玛中国市场战略的对策思考,从而明确沃尔玛的竞争优势,并讨论定位改变后新的状况,提出沃尔玛可行的发展方向,以供我国类似沃尔玛的大型卖场在持续发展的进程中借鉴。

Abstract
Since the 1990s, many large international retail chains have entered the Chinese to expand their business, while the impact to Chinas domestic retail, but also set us a lot of the development of a model. In this paper, Wal-Mart formats for analysis, and to the development of Chinas retail industry to provide some reference. The first chapter describes the overview of Wal-Mart. The second chapter is the analysis of the forms of the Wal-Mart, from Wal-Marts tactics and strategy of its analysis. Chapter III of Wal-Marts business management. The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages of Wal-Mart, Zhangzhou Wal-Mart as an example to analyze. Chapter V of the problems Wal-Mart to Zhangzhou Wal-Mart, for example, propose solutions. The sixth chapter is the Wal-Mart Marketing Strategy. Chapter VII of the Countermeasures to deal with Wal-Mart China market strategy, so clear Wal-Marts competitive advantage, and to discuss the new situation after the orientation change proposed Wal-Mart feasible direction of development for our country is similar to Wal-Mart large stores in the process of sustainable development of reference.
