基于PLC的全自动洗衣机控制系统

摘要

本文是利用可编程控制器PLC实现了对洗衣机的全自动控制，且说明了PLC控制的

原理方法，优点和特点及控制洗衣机的特色。本文在介绍了洗衣机结构的同时，又对全

自动洗衣机的控制系统进行了非常全面分析，并在此基础上提出基于PLC的全自动洗衣

机控制方案，且对实施方案进行了论证,根据洗衣机的工作原理从而对程序及其流程进行

了设计,该系统具有智能化程度高、安全可靠和运行稳定等特点。对电磁阀，按钮,开关

等其它一些输入/输出点进行控制，从而实现了洗衣过程的自动化，并实现了多台控制。

由于每遍的洗涤、排水、脱水的时间由PLC定时器控制，所以只要改变定时器参数就可

以改变相应的控制时间。

Abstract

ThispaperistheuseofprogrammablecontrollerPLCrealizestheautomatic

controlofthewashingmachine,butyouaskcleartheprincipleofPLCcontrol

method,theadvantagesandcharacteristicsandthecontrolcharacteristicofthe

washingmachine.Thisarticleintroducesthestructureofthewashingmachine

atthesametime,andfullyautomaticwashingmachinecontrolsystemforthevery

comprehensiveanalysis,andonthebasisoffullyautomaticwashingmachine

controlschemebasedonPLCisputforward,andtheimplementationplan,according

tothewashingmachineworkingprincipleandapplicationanditsprocessofdesign,

thesystemhasahighintelligentdegree,safeandreliableandstableoperation,

etc.Someofsolenoidvalves,buttons,switchesandotherinput/outputpointto

control,soastorealizetheautomationofthewashingprocess,andmanysets

ofcontrolcouldbeachieved.Becauseeverytimewash,drainageanddehydration

timetimercontrolbyPLC,sojustchangethetimerparameterscancontroltime

accordingly.
