IN783 合金热处理工艺的热动力学评估及成分设计 a a b b 沈红卫 ,沈治,孙锋,单爱党 a 上海电气电站设备有限公司汽轮机厂,上海 200240 ; b 上海交通大学材料科学与工程学院,上海 200240 摘 要:利用材料性能模拟软件JmatPro5.0 与相应的Ni 基高温合金数据库,对IN 783 合金的相析出 行为进行了分析,以探讨标准热处理工艺的合理性。结果表明:标准固溶温度对名义成分的783 合金是合 理的,在该温度下合金能保留适量的β-NiAl 限制晶粒长大,但对含较多Nb 、Al 的实际成分偏低。β 时效 对于汽轮机用783 合金是必要的,其作用并不仅仅是通常认为的改善抗晶界氧化性能,而是还可减缓γ′的 析出、抑制有害相η 的形成。Cr、Fe 对稳定γ′有利,高Co、Nb 则降低γ′的稳定性,促进η析出。 关键词:高温合金;INCONEL 783 ;相计算;热处理;汽轮机 Thermodynamic and Kinetic Study on Heat Treatment and Alloy Design for IN783 a a b* b Shen Hong-wei ,Shen Zhi ,Sun Feng ,Shan Ai-dang a Shanghai Electric Power Generation Equipment Co., Ltd, Shanghai Turbine Works, Shanghai 200240; b School of Material Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai 200240 Abstract: The IN783 alloy has been studied using the materials property simulation software package JMatPro coupled with the corresponding Ni-base superalloy database. The precipitation behavior including thermodynamic equilibrium, and transformation kinetics was analyzed in detail, in order to evaluate the standard heat treatment process. It is found that the standard quench temperature is reasonable for the nominal composition of alloy 783, in which an appropriate amount of β-NiAl was retained to inhibit grain growth, but is lower for actual compostion with more Nb and Al content. β ageing is necessary for IN783 used in the steam turbine. Its role is not just improving the grain boundary oxidation resistance, but also slowing down the precipiation of γ′ and inhibiting the formation of harmful phase η. Elements of
