因响应节能、环保的现代交通工具的设计要求,金属三明治结构件被广泛推广使用。 三明治薄板在焊接成型过程屮,板与板之间的连接可以采用多种形式,不同的接头形式 会改变实际工程屮的成本工作时间从而影响了其应用范围及质量,因此设计出合理的接 头形式显得十分重要。本课题旨在选择三明治结构接头其屮一?种形式,然后采用绘图软 件UG进行虚拟制造、并制作拼接方案。
应用虚拟制造可加深人们对生产过程和制造系统的认识和理解,有利于对其进行理 论升华,更好地指导实际生产。在虚拟制造与现实制造的相互影响和作用过程屮,可以 全面改进企业的纽织管理工作,而且对正确作出决策有不可估量的影响,及吋发现问题 并改进现实制造过程。虚拟制造技术的应用将加快企业人才的培养速度。

Abstract
In response to the design requirements of energy-saving, environmental protection, modem means of transport, metal sandwich structure is used widely. Welded joint is a basic ingredient of a sandwich structure.The connection between plates can be used in a variety of forms, different joint forms will change in the actual project cost work time which affects its application scope and quality, so to design a reasonable joint form is very important.The research will choose one of the sandwich structure joint forms, Then using graphics software UG virtual manufacturing and produced splicing program..
Virtual manufacturing process can deepen the understanding of the production and manufacturing systems knowledge and understanding, To be conducive to its theory of sublimation, to better guide the actual production. In the process of mutual influence and role of virtual manufacturing and fabrication of reality, you can improve overall business organization and management, and has an immeasurable impact on the right to make decisions, to identify problems and to improve the reality of the manufacturing process. Virtual manufacturing technology will accelerate the training speed of business professionals.
