______________________________________________________________ ( ) 1·22 · Chinese J Reparative and Reconstructive Surgery , 1999 , Vol 13 2 γ 干扰素对增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞影响的 实验研究 岑 　瑛 　严小蓉 γ γ 　　【摘 　要】　　目的 　观察 干扰素对增生性瘢痕及成纤维细胞的作用 ,探索 干扰素治疗增 生性瘢痕的依据。方法 　取 10 例患者增生性瘢痕标本 ,培养增生性瘢痕的成纤维细胞 ,取第 1 代 γ 细胞 ,分为实验组和对照组。实验组加入 干扰素 100 Uml ,作用 5 天 ,并观察成纤维细胞的细胞 计数、肌成纤维细胞分化比例及细胞凋亡率。结果 　实验组成纤维细胞计数、肌成纤维细胞分化 ( ) γ 比例下降,细胞凋亡率增加 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 P 0. 05 。结论 　 干扰素抑制成纤维 细胞生长 ,抑制向肌成纤维细胞分化 ,促进成纤维细胞凋亡。 γ 【关键词】　　 干扰素 　　增生性瘢痕 　　肌成纤维细胞 　　成纤维细胞 　　凋亡 γ EFFECT OF INTERFERON ON THE FIBROBLASTS IN HYPERTROPHIC SCARSCEN Ying , YAN Xiaorong .
