·150 · 价值工程 投融资视角的高等职业教育校企合作探讨 Higher Vocational Education School-enterprise Cooperation Based on Investment and Financing Perspective 孙作林 SUN Zuo-lin （无锡商业职业技术学院会计金融学院，无锡214153） （Wuxi Institute of Commerce School of Accounting and Finance ，Wuxi 214153 ，China） 摘要： 校企合作是高等职业教育发展的根本道路，是企业发展壮大的现实诉求，也是实现校企双赢的有效途径。在论述国外职业 教育校企合作成功经验的基础上，进而从政府、企业和高等职业院校三方面分析高等职业教育校企合作存在的问题和原因，目前高等 职业教育校企合作存在问题的根源性原因是企业缺乏足够的利益驱动，最后从投融资的角度来分析如何让企业参与校企合作获得现 实利益，解决初始形态合作，才能进一步进行中层和深层合作。这也意味着高等职业教育校企合作发展还有很长的路要走，需要政府、 企业、高等职业院校和社会各界共同努力。 Abstract: School -enterprise cooperation is the fundamental road for the development of higher vocational education, the reality demands of enterprise development and growth and an effective way of school -enterprise win -win. The problems and causes of higher vocational education school-enterprise cooperation are discussed from the government, enterprises and vocational colleges on the basis of the successful experience of foreign vocational education school-enterprise cooperation. In which the rooted cause is that the enterprise is lack of adequate interests driving. Finally, the paper analyzes the ways to make the enterprises participate in school-enterprise cooperation from the point of investment and financing to solve the initial form of cooperation, so that can further conduct intermediate and deep cooperation, which also means that the vocational education school-enterprise cooperation and development still has a long way to go, and needs joint efforts of government, business, vocational institutions and community. 关键词：投融资；高等职业教育；校企合作 Key words: investment and financing ；higher vocational education ；school-enterprise cooperation 中图分类号：
