中国加工贸易存在的问题与对策研究.doc

PAGE . . . 摘 要 随着经济和社会的快速发展，我国的加工贸易发展发展越来越迅速。加入WTO之后，加工贸易在我国的对外贸易中占据半数的比例。根据有关部门的统计，我国的加工贸易进出额在2009年已经达到了将近万亿美元的规模，中国加工贸易进出口额占据中国货物贸易进出口贸易总额的50%左右。但是我国的加工贸易亦存在客观的问题，如加工贸易的增值率较低，加工技术含量不高，加工贸易分布不平衡等。我国加工贸易的对象主要是西方发达国家，随着经济危机的影响不断加大，海外市场的消费能力不断下降，这也对我国的加工贸易造成了不良的影响。本文将通过对我国加工贸易的现状及其问题的阐述，来探讨和分析加工贸易的发展。 关键词：加工贸易 存在问题 对策研究 探析 Chinas processing trade problems and Countermeasures Abstract By the rapid development of economy and society, the development of Chinas processing trade development is increasing rapidly.After joining the WTO, the proportion of processing trade in Chinas foreign trade accounted for half .According to relevant statistics, Chinas processing trade in and out of the amount in 2009 has reached a nearly trillion-dollar scale, import and export volume of Chinas processing trade accounted for about 50% of Chinas trade in goods, trade in total foreign trade volume.But Chinas processing trade, there is also the problem of the objective, such as a lower rate of value-added processing trade, processing technology content is not high, the processing trade imbalances in the distribution.The main targets of Chinas processing trade is the Western developed countries, continue to increase with the impact of the economic crisis, the spending power of the overseas market is declining, which also resulted in an adverse impact on Chinas processing trade.This paper will elaborate on the present situation and problems of Chinas processing trade, to explore and analyze the development of processing trade.
