摘 要
此次的设计任务即水杯盖注射模具设计零件模型就是商场里面买来的大口杯
产品的 3D建模借助 PROENGINEER设计软件创建型腔活块以及其他零件并自动生成所需要的零件工程图 使用草图和厚度检测评估零件直接参照产品三维模型创建分模曲面及滑块再生成模具型腔组件动模定模对于模架的设计利用 PROE模座专家EMX41来完成从标准模架选择到产品输出全部采用 3D化设计我在水杯盖模具设计过程中从零件建模到型腔型芯的设计模架设计直至最后的模具开模动作模拟都充分发挥了 PROENGINEER设计软件的各个模块和插件的优势基本做到了无图纸化设计采用一模四腔的设计注塑机综合注塑容量锁模力最大注塑面积和模内压力等技术参数确定注塑机型号
模具的特点是滑块在动模斜导柱在定模以保证顺利完成侧向抽芯
