茶杯盖注塑模模具设计 The Injection Moulds Design of Cup Lid 摘 要 该设计通过对多种相似塑件的模具结构参考,设计的是聚乙烯塑件(某型口杯盖),采用的是一模两腔注射。该产品采用点浇口注射,和整体式型腔设置。型腔是由两瓣合模构成,利用斜导柱侧向分型,塑件的螺纹采用强制脱模。 注射模的分类、组成与注射规格的确定,分型面的确定。浇注系统设计,注射模的浇注系统一般由主浇道、分浇道(横浇道)、进料口(内浇口)、冷料穴和排气槽或溢流槽等部分组成,成型零件设计,注射模的成型零件主要由动模、静模、型芯、镶块、活块等组成。导向及定位机构设计,它包括导柱、导套的设计;导柱与导套的组合形式的选择,另外还要考虑导柱与导套配合精度的选择。侧抽芯机构的设计,当制件的分型面确定后,在制件上与开模方向垂直的内侧或外侧如果有侧孔或侧凹,会对制件的开模或脱模形成障碍,为了方便开模,因此要选择合理的侧抽芯机构,顶出机构的设,排气系统设计,温度调节系统设计。 关键词:杯盖;注射模;瓣合模;侧向分型; Abstract I designed a polyethylene model, which can inject two cavities in one time.The products are pinpoint gated on the side,and adopt integral cavity arrangement.The cavity is formed by two petal mold modules, and side core-pulling is through angle pin. the thread is through forced ejection. The classification of the injection mould, the determination of composition and injection of specifications .The determination of parting surface .Gating system design, generally speaking, the main runner gating system of injection mould, sprue (runner), inlet (gate), slag hole and exhaust slot or overflow tank parts, such as forming parts design, injection mould molding parts is mainly composed of dynamic modulus and static modulus, core, live set piece, piece, etc .Orientation and positioning mechanism design, it includes the design of the guide pin, guide sleeve; The choice of the form of the combination of guide pillar and guide sleeve, also consider to guide pillar and guide sleeve with the precision of choice .The design of side core-pulling mechanism, when the parting surface of parts is determined, on the parts and mould opening direction if there is a medial or lateral side of the vertical holes or lateral concave, can open mold or mold release of the product form obstacles, in order to facilitate open mold, so should choose reasonable side core-pulling mechanism .The design of ejection device .The exhaust system design .Temperature control system design .
