第 27 卷　第 2 期 卫　生　研　究 V o l. 27　N o. 2 1998 年　3 月 JOU RNAL O F H YG IEN E R ESEA RCH M ar. 　1998　137 混合表面活性剂增敏原子吸收光谱法测定血清铜 张洪权　朱景阳　吴予明　吴拥军　常爱武 (河南医科大学公共卫生学院, 郑州　450052) 摘要　研究了 6 种表面活性剂单独或任意两种混合使用对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定血清铜的 吸光度的影响。结果显示, 聚乙烯醇单独或与其它表面活性剂混合使用均使吸光度减小, 吐温- 20、 乳化剂O P、溴化十六烷基三甲铵、阿拉伯树胶、十二烷基硫酸钠单独或混合使用均使铜的吸光度 增加, 其中吐温- 20 与十二烷基硫酸钠混合使用效果最好, 吸光度增加 50% , 且空白值为零。建立 了吐温- 20 与十二烷基硫酸钠混合表面活性剂增敏火焰原子吸收光谱法测定血清微量铜的方法, 相对标准偏差 为 135%～ 2 11% , 回收率为9800%～ 9813% , 检出限为 0 0524 。 R SD mo l L 关键词　表面活性剂　原子吸收光谱法　血清　铜　测定 中图分类号　 1513　 446 1 R R D eterm ina tion of Serum Copper by A tom ic Absorption Spectrom etry Sen sitized w ith M ixed Surfactan ts , , , , .
