PAGE 1 P I C 单片机设计报告 题目:PWM控制电机转速系统 系部:电子工程系 班级:电信0803班 姓名:蔡雷义, 李元勇, 邓慧军 学号:200806002354, 200806002327, 200806002315 指导教师:张文昭 摘  要 当今,HYPERLINK /automation/自动化控制系统已经在各行各业得到了广泛的应用和发展,而直流调速控制作为电气传动的主流在现代化生产中起着主要作用。本文主要研究直流调速系统,它主要由三部分组成,包括控制部分、显示部分、直流电动机。长期以来,直流电动机因其具有调节转速比较灵活、方法简单等特点,在传动领域占有一定地位。 微机技术的快速发展,在控制领域得到广泛应用。本文对基于PICHYPERLINK /HB单片机的直流电机 PWM调速系统进行了较深入的研究,从直流调速系统原理出发,逐步建立了单闭环直流 PWM调速系统的数学模型。在硬件方面充分利用微机外设接口丰富,运算速度快的特点,采取软件和硬件相结合的措施,实现对转速单闭环调速系统的控制。HYPERLINK 论文分析了系统工作原理和提高调速性能的方法。在微机控制方面,讨论了显示、PWM,并给出了软、硬件实现方案。该方案以驱动芯片与一些外围电路。通过实时测试,调节电动机的转速,此调速系统可获得快速、精确的调速效果。 Summary Nowadays, automations controling system has already got extensive application and development in every trade, while direct currents adjusting to soon control is the main current that the electricity spreads to include a main function in the modern production.This text mainly studies direct current to adjust soon system, it mainly constitutes to°from three parts and include a control part, show part, direct current motive.For long time, direct current motive because it has to regulate to become soon more vivid, method in brief etc. the characteristics is spreading a realm occupancy certain position.
