冷冲压毕业设计 篇一:冷冲压模具毕业设计开题报告 开题报告 1 2 3 2、3、4)。题目来源: A、自拟课题; B、民用科研课题;C、国防科研课题;(选A、B、 C)。开题报告内容使用宋体小四字号。 4 篇二:冷冲压毕业设计 摘 要 本文介绍了止动件的冷冲压模具设计,文章介绍了冷冲压模具设计的全过程。对冷冲压模具的设计进行了全面的介绍和分析,并在此基础上进行了模具的设计,设计包括分析工艺性、拟定零件的工艺方案及模具结构、排样裁板、计算工具压力选取压力机及确定压力中心、确定模具结构和绘制模具总装草图,冲裁刃口尺寸及公差的计算、冲模刃口尺寸及公差的计算、确定各主要的零件结构尺寸、设计并绘制总图和选取标准件、绘制出部分非标零件图等一系列的工作。 通过对零件的工艺分析,改进了工艺方案,用一套复合模完成落料冲孔工序,阐述了垫圈冲裁复合模具的整体结构特点及工作过程,应注意的问题和装配工艺性. 解决了薄板冲孔、冲缝复合模的凸模细长易断、孔的同轴度难以保证以及模具使用寿命短的技术问题.改进了落料、冲孔、冲缝的制作工艺,设计了一套新型复合冲裁模,提高了工件的同轴度精度,延长了模具的使用寿命. 关键词:冷冲压,止动件,模具设计。 Abstract This paper describes the stop moving pieces of cold stamping mould design, this paper introduces the whole process of cold stamping mould design.
