Abstract:
Withthecontinuousprogressofmicro-nanotechnology,micro-lasershavebeengreatlydevelopedandapplied.Amongthem,VCSELarray-pumpedmicrosolid-statelasersareanewtypeoflaserwithadvantagessuchassmallsize,highpower,andhighefficiency,whicharewidelyusedinopticalcommunication,laserradar,medicalandotherfields.
Inthispaper,VCSELarray-pumpedmicrosolid-statelasersarestudiedtoexploretheirpreparation,performanceoptimization,andapplication.Firstly,thebasicstructure,workingprincipleandapplicationfieldsofVCSELarray-pumpedmicrosolid-statelasersareintroduced.Then,thepumpingmechanismandcharacteristicsareanalyzed,andtheinfluencingfactorsareexplored.Then,thepreparationprocessisdesigned,anditsperformanceistestedandanalyzed.Finally,basedonpracticalapplicationneeds,theimprovementandapplicationofVCSELarray-pumpedmicrosolid-statelasersarediscussed.
ThisstudyaimstodeepentheunderstandingofVCSELarray-pumpedmicrosolid-statelasersandprovidetheoreticalandexperimentalsupportfortheirperformanceoptimizationandapplication.
