精品论文 参考文献 异位妊娠腹腔镜术后的护理干预体会 李璇 　　广西桂林兴安县人民医院妇科 541300 　　摘要：目的：分析腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠术后护理干预效果及体会。方法：回顾性分析100例异位妊娠患者的临床资料，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各50例，其中对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组则在对照组的基础上进行综合护理干预，比较两组患者的手术效果及随访3个月后的生活质量。结果：比较观察组与对照组手术效果可知，观察组50例患者的拔管时间、住院时间及并发症发生率等指标均显著优于对照组，差异具统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。观察组生活质量评价标准中的心理、社会、环境、独立性及生活信念等5项指标评分均显著优于对照组，差异具统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：针对异位妊娠患者加强术后综合护理干预可有效改善手术效果，提高患者的生活质量，值得临床推广。 　　关键词：异位妊娠；腹腔镜手术；术后护理 　　Abstract：Objective：to analyze the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy with laparoscopy.Methods：the clinical data of 150 cases of ectopic pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group，75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing care.The patients in the control group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The effects of two groups were compared.Results：compared with the observation group and control group，the observation group of 75 cases of patients with extubation time，hospitalization time and the incidence of complications were significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.The scores of psychological，social，environmental，environmental，independence and life belief in the standard of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion：it is effective to improve the operation effect and improve the quality of life of patients with ectopic pregnancy，so it is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　Key words：ectopic pregnancy；laparoscopic operation；postoperative nursing 　　异位妊娠的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，而随着腔镜技术的发展，腹腔镜手术在异位妊娠中的应用也越来越广泛。手术后对异位妊娠患者采取科学、适当的术后护理，可有效改善手术效果，提高患者的生活质量。本研究以100例异位妊娠患者为研究对象，分析腹腔镜手术术后的护理干预。现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 临床资料 　　回顾性分析我院2013年7月至2015年7月收治的100例异位妊娠患者的临床资料，年龄在21-35岁，平均年龄28.5岁；所有患者均经CT或B超检查确诊；100例患者中包括45例输卵管壶腹部妊娠、25例峡部妊娠、20例伞部妊娠、5例间质部妊娠、5例宫角部妊娠。分析异位妊娠类型可知，共62例流产型患者，余者38例为破裂型患者。将100例患者按照床位单双号随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各50例，两
