卓越工程师计划第二阶段检查工作布置 一、背景 1、卓越工程师计划 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》第二十一章，重大项目与改革试点。有关提升高等教育质量中提到：“实施基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划和卓越工程师、医师等人才教育培养计划。 2、卓越工程师计划的主要目标： （1）面向工业界、面向世界、面向未来，培养造就一大批创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的高质量各类型工程技术人才，为建设创新型国家奠定坚实的人力资源优势。 （2）以实施卓越工程师教育培养计划为突破口，促进工程教育改革和创新，全面提高我国工程教育人才培养质量。 3、卓越工程师计划的总体思路： 以走中国特色新型工业化道路为契机，以行业企业需求为导向，以工程实际为背景，以工程技术为主线，通过密切高校和行业企业的合作、制订人才培养标准、改革人才培养模式、建设高水平工程教育师资队伍、扩大对外开放，着力提升学生的工程素养，着力培养学生的工程实践能力、工程设计能力和工程创新能力。 4、卓越工程师计划的重点任务： （1）创立高校与行业企业联合培养人才的新机制。建立行业指导、校企联合的卓越工程师教育培养计划实施机制；建立卓越工程师教育培养计划校企合作人才培养机制，共同制订培养目标、共同建设课程体系和教学内容、共同实施培养过程、共同评价培养质量；探索建立中国特色社会主义市场经济条件下的高校学生实习制度。 （2）创新工程教育的人才培养模式。遵循工程的集成与创新特征，大力推进学生的学习以强化设计与创为核心着力推动基于问题的学习、基于项目的学习、案例等多种学习学习企业的先进技术和先进企业文化，培养学生的职业精神和职业道德。1、The Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET): 1）Knowledge (Program) of mechanical Engineering: General education course in the areas of the humanities, social science, and fine arts. (2) Preparatory courses in mathematics, science and computer programming. (3) Core course that all mechanical engineers, include mechanical system( statics, solid mechanics, dynamics and control), Thermal-fluid engineering (thermo-dynamics, Fluid mechanics, Heat transfer), Design and Manufacture (machine design, Computer-aided engineering, Manufacture science)。 (4) Elective course on specialized topics such as aerospace, automotive, CAD, manufacture, robot. Et. 2）Skills that a new engineering graduates are expected to have: (1) An ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering. (2) A recognition of the need for and an ability to engage in lifelong learning. (3) An ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data. (4) An ability to design a system, component or process to meet desired needs. (5) An ability to identify, formulate, and solve engineering problems.
