摘 要 根据工业现场的需要和可编程控制器(PLC)自身通信的特点,本设计为基于1:N 网络的PLC 控制系统。在这个设计中,主要对上位 PC 机通过 RS485 总线与 N 台 PLC 控制系统之间构成的 1:N 数据通信网络构架设计,及其下位机 PLC 控制系统的设计,以实现上位机和各 PLC 控制系统之间的通信,进而对 PLC 下位机系统进行监测和控制。 在该设计中,PC机作为网络中的主机,N台日本三菱的FX2N PLC作为从机,构成基于RS485的1:N网络控制系统,完成对变频器调速等系统的控制;采用MCGS工业自动化控制组态软件,建立了上位监控系统,可动态地反映调速系统的工作状况。 【关键词】可编程控制器;1:N网络;PLC通信;MCGS Abstract According to the need of the industrial scene and the characteristics of ones own communication of the programmable controller (PLC), originally design just for because of 1:N PLC control system of the network. In this design, to going to the location PC through 1 that is formed between RS485 bus and N PLC control system especially 1: N data communication network framework is designed, and go to the design of PLC control system of the location machine,by realizing the location paying machine and communication between all PLC control system , then carry on the monitoring and control to PLC the next machine system.
