摘要:
水稻是人类主要粮食作物之一,在全球范围内具有重要的经济和社会价值。粒形和粒重是水稻产量和质量的两个重要因素。本研究旨在利用单片段代换系定位水稻粒形和粒重QTL,并对其进行分析。首先,对水稻品种IR64进行SRAP分析,筛选出30个多态性标记。然后,利用这些标记在离子束辐照后产生的单片段代换系中进行遗传连锁图构建和粒形、粒重QTL定位。最后,利用单片段代换系及其亲本进行QTL效应验证。预计本研究可以为水稻品种改良和田间高产提供科学依据。

Abstract:
Rice is one of the major food crops worldwide and has significant economic and social value. Grain shape and grain weight are two important factors affecting rice yield and quality. This study aims to locate QTLs related to grain shape and weight in rice using single segment substitution lines and analyze the QTLs. Firstly, 30 polymorphic markers were selected from SRAP analysis of the IR64 rice variety. These markers were then used to construct a genetic linkage map in single segment substitution lines generated by ion beam irradiation and to locate QTLs related to grain shape and weight. Finally, QTL effects were verified using the single segment substitution lines and their parents. This study is expected to provide a scientific basis for rice variety improvement and high-yield field production.
