胸部ct模板（Chest CT template） Left lung / right upper lobe / middle lobe / lower lobe inflammatory change. The lung window shows the left lung / right upper lobe / middle / lower lobe of the lung, with patchy density enhancement, blurred edges and uneven density. The inflated bronchial images can be seen here, and the remaining lung fields are clear and no solid images are present. The window of mediastinum showed scattered lesions in spots, no solid mass shadows, no enlarged lymph nodes in mediastinum, normal shape of heart shadow and large vessels. No abnormalities in the chest. The chest symmetry, the rib and the chest wall soft tissue have not seen unusual. The lung window shows that both lungs are clear in texture, natural in walking, good in the field of the lung, and no abnormal changes in the lungs. The mediastinum window showed no deviation of mediastinum, normal image of the heart and large vessels, and there were no masses and enlarged lymph nodes in the mediastinum. No pleural effusion and pleural thickening. 1. left / right upper lobe / middle lobe / lower lobe segment nodules, considered as lung cancer. 2. mediastinal lymph node metastasis. The lung window showed right lung apex after anterior segment / segment / segment / | middle medial lateral segment of lower lobe | before / after / / basal segment / | dorsal segment of the left lung lobe apicoposterior segment / anterior lingual segment of lower lobe | / before / after / / / back / right basal segment the diameter is about cm nodules, high-resolution CT scan showed the lesions were irregular, lobulated, rough edge, visible small burr, mediastinal window the lesion can be seen in the central vacuole / bronchial gas syndrome, uniform density, CT value of CM, no mediastinal / visible number diameter of about 1cm lymph node. I have not seen anything special. Left / right upper lobe / middle lobe / lower lobe space occupying lesion is considered central lung cancer with obstructive pneumonia and atelectasi
